Pink Cow Conspiracy (PCC) is our very own Pink Cow Mini Chamber of Commerce. We are conspiring to change the way things get done around here by helping each other help ourselves. Our meetings are geared toward small and creative business people, we try to help each other find the things we need for our businesses or the businesses we want to create. We also try to book interesting business oriented speakers and have fun. Official start 7:00pm (although we open at 5pm so feel free to come early for dinner and drinks), speaker from 7:30-8:30pm then from 8pm onward it will be open networking so that everyone can have dinner, drinks, meet people and share what they are working on and for general carousing.

The Compsiracy events are designed to 'bring together people building IT businesses'.

Building Performance Cultures In Small Companies - integral to even the

What exactly is a performance culture, and how relevant is it to the success

of small businesses? Is a dedicated, visionary leader enough to align the

team's performance behind expectations? In this enlightening presentation

Victoria Bolam explores the concepts of corporate culture, the common

inhibitors to performance, especially in smaller businesses, and offers

practical tips to squeeze extra performance from employees. A must for any

business leader who wishes to stay ahead of the profit game.

Victoria Bolam, the director of Action Japan, has 16 years experience

consulting for such firms as Toyota Corporation affiliates, the BBC, a

top-five consulting firm, and Japanese government departments. She

introduces a fresh approach based on current organizational psychology to a

prevalent problem and offers advice invaluable for any organization, large

or small, bold enough to seriously address the issue of employee and

organizational performance. Victoria is also a British Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee member, former vice-chair of the EBC HR Committee, and a published writer with various appearances on Japanese national TV.
